Our Members have advised shipowners, charterers, P&I clubs, cargo owners, shipbuilders and banks on various financing structures as well as insolvency, restructuring and legal advisory work. Our industry knowledge allows us to deliver highly technical, yet practical, industry-specific advice and our familiarity with market practice, negotiating positions and risk assessment is informed by a thorough understanding of local and international issues.
