Funds

The Members of the Asia Practice Network (‘APN’) are highly specialized international asset management and investment funds lawyers. Our Members have an in-depth understanding of the asset management industry and its various regulatory regimes.

 

Funds and Investment Management​

The Members of APN advise asset managers, funds and investors on the structuring, formation and regulation of offshore and onshore retail and private investment funds investing in a spectrum of asset classes.

 

Members also have experience with the establishment and licensing of fund management companies.

 

The clients which the Members of APN have advised include high-net-worth individuals, family offices and family businesses, charitable organizations, educational institutions, banks and trust companies on matters of private wealth management, preservation and business succession planning.
