Vu Manh Quynh
Mr. Quynh has 15 years of experience in dealing with corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border investment. Prior to leading Ecovis Orient, he worked as Business Lawyer for the global advisory group Roedl & Partner and Project Manager for the European Chamber of Commerce (EuroCham).
Mr. Quynh is licensed by the Ministry of Justice as a professional lawyer and insolvency practitioner. He is a member of the Vietnam Federal Bar and the Bar of Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Quynh received his Master's degree from the University of Wismar (Germany) and his Bachelor's of Law from the University of Law (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam).
Mr. Quynh speaks English and German besides his mother tongue.

Nguyen Nhuan
Mr. Nhuan has extensive experience in the acquisition of a Vietnamese company specializing in manufacturing, IT, Fintech, etc., as well as the registration of an e-commercial delivery website and platform for FDI in Vietnam.
Mr. Nhuan holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Law in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and is a member of the Vietnam Bar Association in Ho Chi Minh City.
Mr. Nhuan speaks English and Vietnamese.

Tran Dinh Chien
Mr. Chien has extensive knowledge of handling corporate structuring, M&A transactions, and business litigation. He held positions as Head of Legal for Central Group and Vietnam Investment Group prior to joining Ecovis Orient.
Mr. Chien is licensed by the Ministry of Justice as a professional lawyer by the Ho Chi Minh Department of Justice.
Mr. Chien earned his Bachelor of Law from the Ho Chi Minh the City University of Law and his Master of Law in Australia.
Mr. Chien speaks English besides his mother tongue.

Nguyen Thi Hong Giang
Mrs. Giang is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Orient Counsel. She leads the special team for Corporate Services and Business Process Outsourcing.
With her 8 years of experience in the banking industry, she advises clients on tax, corporate finance, and financial structure.
Mrs. Giang earned her bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance in 2005 and is licensed by the Ministry of Construction as Real Estate Evaluator.

Ms. Nguyen is a team leader of team Licensing and Compliance Services. Ms. Nguyen has 4+ years of experience in the corporate and labor fields.
Ms. Nguyen holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Law of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Ms. Nguyen is studying for an MBA at University of Economics of Ho Chi Minh City.
